SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

shipping policy​

Orders are shipped by transport companies in mainland Portugal, usually by CTT Expresso, within 72 hours, after confirmation of stock and verification of the respective payment method.

 

The cost of transport to mainland Portugal has the value of:

€2.99 + VAT up to 2Kg,

€3.63 + VAT from 2Kg to 5Kg,

€3.97 + VAT from 5Kg to 10Kg,

€4.66 + VAT from 10Kg to 20Kg,

€5.34 + VAT from 20Kg to 30Kg.

Home delivery cannot be made at PO Boxes.

 

The cost of transport to the Islands, Madeira and Azores (by boat), has the value of:

€6.54 + VAT up to 2Kg,

€8.92 + VAT from 2Kg to 5Kg,

€12.90 + VAT from 5Kg to 10Kg,

€20.87 + VAT from 10Kg to 20Kg,

€28.83 + VAT from 20Kg to 30Kg.

Return and exchange policy

VitaNail accepts returns up to 15 days from the delivery date. For this, the items must be as new, undamaged, with all accessories and manuals intact, with no signs of use and with the original packaging. Only if these requirements are met will the returned items be accepted.

In case of return, the amount paid will be returned within a maximum period of 9 days, counting from the day of the request for return/receipt of the items.

Defect or malfunction returns

In case of breakdown or defect, you must contact VitaNail in advance, which will take care of transporting the item to the warehouse, as well as the return of the replacement item, at no cost to the customer.

If you want to exchange or return any item, you must contact VitaNail in advance before making any shipment.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

 

Returns and order cancellations

The cancellation of an order can be done via phone or email. In both cases you must always indicate your order number.

Cancellation must be done immediately after placing the order. For purchases and respective payments made before 15:00, it must be done by telephone.

For purchases and respective payments made from 3:00 pm to 8:00 am, it can be done preferably via email, or alternatively by telephone.

The cancellation only becomes effective after sending an email by VitaNail with the acceptance/confirmation of the cancellation.

NOTE: It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped and for returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

WARRANTY

All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, guaranteed by the respective brands.

If the item is defective or defective, the customer must immediately contact Customer Support, which will do so accordingly, processing the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

The replacement of defective items is made at no cost to the customer and within a maximum period of 24H for items in stock.

For items out of stock, the replacement time will be indicated after confirmation of availability with the supplier.

The invoice sent with the order must always be kept, as it may be necessary to present it to the manufacturer in case of a complaint.
